Should I take both AP Physics and AP Chemistry?
I was wondering if this is a good idea. I really can’t seem to decide between the two, I have the same level of interest in both. Right now, I’m a junior in Honors Physics, and my grade is about an 88. I passed Honors Chem last year with a 95. I’m not certain on a career as of right now, but I certain that either will benefit me. I’ve also heard that labs usually run well into the next class, so I am also considering that. I plan on taking AP Calculus and AP Statistics as well, but I don’t want to overload on the AP classes, so I am willing to take Honors Calculus instead. Any thoughts?

Nothing you do in high school matters.
If you get a scholarship, it’ll be because you took the time to apply for it.
There were kids at my school that were in the top 5% of my graduating class who ended up going to community college on their own dollar because they were too lazy to apply for scholarships.
Whereas I was only in the top 10% (and ditched out of 50% of my classes my senior year, to go hang out) and I got a full ride to a state university.
Once you actually get to college, any ‚achievements‘ you’ve accrued in high school are 100% meaningless. No one cares.
Unless you want to go around bragging about being in all AP classes (no one will be impressed), you don’t need to take them all.

What day does a Caltrain monthly pass start?
I need to commute from San Jose to San Francisco via the Caltrain. I just bought a Clipper and ordered a monthly pass for the month of July. The Walgreens guy told me that I can start using it tomorrow (the 23rd of June) and it’ll expire at the end of July. Is this true, or is it only valid come July 1?

According to the Caltrain website:
The Monthly Pass, available only the Clipper card, is valid for use for the calendar month for which issued. Monthly passes are honored for unlimited weekday trips between zones indicated on the pass. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the pass is honored for unlimited trips between all zones.
Ticket sales start on the 21st of the month and stop on the 15th of the month that the pass is valid. Monthly passes must be tagged by the 15th of the month to activate them, including for Autoload customers. Note: If you loaded your card at a retail vendor (such as Whole Foods or Anchor Drugs Pharmacy) or a Clipper Add-value Machine then you don’t need to tag (the pass was loaded when the card physically interacted with the Clipper terminal).

How to make summer school go faster?
I’m miserable the summer school last from June 17 thur July 12 that half my summer. I go from 8 to 11 and it’s boring we have test everyday. Its horrible. What are someways to make it go faster. BTW I passed with honors LOL

How to honor deceased family members at a wedding?
So my fiance and I are getting married July 2010 and I am trying to think of creative ways to honor our deceased family members. I have lost 2 grandfathers, 1 grandmother and an aunt. He has lost a grandfather and an uncle. I was thinking of getting pictures of each of them individually and having a table with an empty seat to represent each of them. In front of each chair will be their photo. Then since we are having a beach theme wedding I was thinking of include a ton of burning candles on this table. Just not sure if this is a good idea or if it is a little too much.

That seems a little much, unless they passed away within a few weeks of the wedding. I would like to suggest getting one white rose for each beloved that has died, and either loosely arranging them in a vase or have them formally arranged. Place it at the front of the ceremony site, and say a few words in your bulletin about what the flowers at the front represent. Then at the reception, have them on your table for decoration, or at the parent’s table.
