are there kicker rules in poker?
when playing poker, when does a kicker come into play? what are some examples of hands when a kicker would be used,and not be used? is there a universal or standard kicker rule? when im playing a hand how can i know if it will matter if i have a low kicker?

Ya i don’t understand how people get so confused by this. Its very simple. BEST 5 CARDS PLAY. Simple as that. If there is 4 of a kind on the board and your card is higher than the last card on the board or your opponent YOU WIN.

What are the rules defining a „call“ in poker?
Is this written any where? I realize that if you say „call“ or push chips into the middle you are calling – but what if you someone raises you 25 dollars and you say „I guess I’ll give you 25 dollars“ but don’t say call or push chips — I suppose this is a verbal declaration showing intent to call – but you can’t say something about this and then change your mind? Players talk to themselves all the time – Can’t a player say „I guess I’ll give you 25 dollars“ and then change their mind and not call?

To call is to match a bet or match a raise. A betting round ends when all active players have bet an equal amount or no opponents call a player’s bet or raise. If no opponents call a player’s bet or raise, the player wins the pot.
The second and subsequent calls of a particular bet amount are sometimes called overcalls. This term is also sometimes used to describe a call made by a player who has put money in the pot for this round already. A player calling a raise before he or she has invested money in the pot in that round is cold calling. For example, if in a betting round, Alice bets, Bob raises, and Carol calls, Carol „calls two bets cold“. A player calling instead of raising with a strong hand is smooth calling or flat calling, a form of slow play.
Calling when a player thinks he does not have the best hand is called a crying call.
In public cardrooms and casinos where verbal declarations are binding, the word „call“ is such a declaration. In public card rooms, the practice of saying „I call, and raise $100“ is considered a string raise and is not allowed. Saying „I call“ commits the player to the action of calling, and only calling.

It’s hard to answer an incomplete question. But I’ll assume that the river is a blank that doesn’t help either hand.
So one player has two pair queens and fours.
The other player has two pair, aces and fives.
When comparing hands compare the highest card first, in this case the ace beats the queen. Therefore since both players have two pair the person with the ace is going to win.

Strip poker rules question?
In a game of strip poker, would it be fair if girls had to strip to panties, but guys had to go all the way. Girls would still have to show their breasts, which would be embarrassing, but guys have to show everything.
Girls, would you be more likely to play a game like that? How much more embarrassing would it be to show everything?

Dude if you’re playing strip poker with more than one girl, then all I have to say is BRAVO! The great thing about strip poker is that there is no real set of rules. So, you and the other players get to set the rules to which ever way you like. Girls will be more receptive to playing if they are winning so expect to be naked first if you want to keep them interested, then just complain about how cold you are, and you need some warming up. Have fun pimpster.
