Is it safe to use Neteller Debit Card at ATMs to withdraw poker winnings?
Considering the law in the country is unclear about taxation of online gambling etc….Can these ATM withdrawals be tracked down if one is not reporting such income? I know its possible but how often have you hear about this happening?

If you have funds in your Neteller account, then you can withdraw them. When it comes to the withdrawal, what difference does it make HOW the funds got there???
If there was ANYTHING to worry about, it would be in the transfer of the money from the poker site to the Neteller account, NOT the withdrawal.
How do they know your not a toaster salesman?

The easiest thing is still just to ask them to mail you a check. The check doesn’t have any features on it that would let people know it was from a gambling website.

Can moderate alcohol consumption affect poker play to a significant degree, especially while playing?

It depends on the person. Personally I always have a beer on hand but nurse them and usually only drink 4-6 in a 6-8 hour session. If you are not sure if it affecting your game it very well may be. Me I“m 100% it has no affect on my game. Plus, drinking at the poker table can put a serious dent into your BB / 100 hands (from the price of the beer alone).

by something i mean poker, and if it helps any everyone tells me that im intelligent and i know i am, also i have a tremendous passion for the game and i try to learn as much as possible every day.

Yes, I think so. Most people are largely recreational players that do little to nothing to learn the game. If you’re smart and passionate about poker, I’m sure you’ll be able to be successful.

Absolutely. There are many reasons already given here as to why.
It’s not like Hollywood, however. On TV and in the movies, the good poker player will sit down and clean out the others every time. It appears as if the good player has a talent for always drawing a perfect hand. It doesn’t happen that way in real life.
Good poker players will win more over a longer period of time than poor or mediocre players. Yes, they’ll still have bad sessions now and then, but in the long run, they come out ahead. The opposite is also true. Poor players will occasionally have a fantastic run of cards, but over a period of time, they’re usually losers.
Throughout a poker-playing career, everyone will get roughly the same amount of good hands and bad hands. Knowing what to do with those hands is what separates the good players from the rest.
