Universidad de las Americas in Puebla. It was founded by Texans and the courses may be in English.
Universidad de Guadalajara. A lot of Americans go there for medical school.
Universidad de Guanajuato. I don’t know if they have those programs, but it’s a lovely town!

Im trying to grow my hair down to my the bottom of my waist (its shoulder length now) as quick as possible, so whats the bestest thing to do for your hair to grow quickly in a short amount of time?

Ok. First thing you need to know if you are trying to grow your hair out is STOP DYING IT. Also stop using heat products! Its hard but it will dramatically increase hair growth.
Try taking the vitamin „hair skin and nails“ which promotes hair growth, clears skin and makes your nails very healthy!
Another thing you need to know is getting regular hair cuts (every 2-3 months) can increase hair growth by removing split ends.
You can use a hair mask such as olive oil, and keep it on for at least 30minutes and then wash it out with shampoo and condtion
there are many many more things you can do, but to get started these will give you a great start. Do some research on diets that promote hair growth.

How do i tell my bestest friend that i cut?
I have been bullied ever since pre-school, and in 7th grade i started cutting. Im in 8 th grade now and my bestest most closest friend doesnt know that i cut. We tell eachother everything. She seen my cuts and scars befire and when she asked why i said they were from my dog and she believed me. How can i tell her without her freakin out? I dont want to lose her as a friend.

Hmm sit her down and explain whats been making you sad and depressed enough to cut, dont show her straight after you tell her, show her like the next day? Cause finding out you cut and witnessing it at the same time WILL freak her out, give her time to accept the fact you cut then show her 🙂
