Intercasino, hands down. I’ll leave their link in my sources, but it’s really a great program. No, I’m not paid by them, I was training as a dealer, and my girlfriend’s stepdad the head of surveillence in the casino training me said he uses that program to train his crew with house ways and to quickly set hands and things for games like Pai-Gow.
Fully functional offline mode, and man is it good practice. Of course this is for the games like 3 card poker, Pai Gow poker, Video Poker, etc. For Texas Hold’em, there’s a million games out there that can be had very cheaply in stores.
