by blank brackets i mean being able to fill in winners as the world cup goes.

Usually in tournaments, the brackets are set up for 1 to play 4, and 2 to play 3.

The 1-3 or 1-4 match-up is determined by the random draw.

In a 128-slot draw, the #1 seed goes in Line 1, and the #2 seed goes in line 128.

I’m going to put together an NCAA tournament style bracket for most annoying celebrity.
I’ve got over half of what I need. So some of the most obvious ones are probably already on the list. Give me a list of who you think are the most annoying celebrities. It can be more than 10 if you want.
They can include, Actors, Actresses, Sports Figures, Announcers, Hosts, etc… Anybody who is known for being viewed on Television. Have fun!
